Hi! I was going to say Hi from London but a) someone's already said that and b) by pure coincidence I know that person! Anyway, I'm Kelly and have been lurking these parts since the weekend and figured I should join seeing as I love...no wait...LOVE Lano and Woodley. I'm by no means a new fan, though. I actually first saw them on TV back in 1994 when they played the Edinburgh Festival (and won ;D). It was love at first sight...of Frank with Col's finger in his mouth! Sadly didn't see too much of them here in the UK after that until 1999 when their TV show was on BBC2 (Friday nights after Newsnight. What a contrast!). Loved it, but again sadly they were nowhere to be seen after the 2nd series was aired in 2000. I've had a little revival over the last week by watching stuff on You Tube and MySpace and have just fallen in love with them all over again, even more so than before. Such a shame they called it a day last year. Anyway, hi there.

Thanks for the welcome. housemeeting is virtual impossible to get ur hands on, unless u hav some money to spare and someones selling it online. there is a petition going to get it re-published... if that helps ;D Ahh, I figured it would be virtually impossible. I'll check out that petition. i feel sorry for you, i couldnt live without my L&W collection! At least not right now and I certainly wouldn't expect them to send stuff to me for nothing!! Hopefully in the future *fingers crossed*

Ahh, I don't have itunes. Haven't got the means to set up an account. I did actually look for The Adventures... over here back in 99/00 but no luck. After a fultile search they kind of slipped my consciousness, hense my only recent re-discovery of them despite being a fan since way back. Just been reading the thread about your interview with the guys. Cool! Would love to have heard it (sadly the files no longer work). Is there a transcript anywhere? As almost an act of fate, last night on BBC7 (a comedy and drama audio channel over here) started a 3 part series on Aussie comedy hosted by Mark Little called Laughing At The Dingoes. I just happened to chance upon it when flicking through the channels. L&W weren't mentioned - though Adam Hills contributed - but they may pop up in either parts 2 or 3 over the next couple of weeks, fingers crossed. You can listen to the show here for anyone interested in the history of Aussie comedy in general: www.bbc.co.uk/bbc7/listenagain/friday/Just scroll down to the 22:00 broadcast. This is probably already somewhere on the board, so apologies if I'm repeating it, but I came across a couple of clips from The Adventures Of... when they were at the pool. www.stonnington.vic.gov.au/lifestyle/sport/aquatics/haroldholt/12903/17282www.stonnington.vic.gov.au/lifestyle/sport/aquatics/haroldholt/12903/17283By the way, are there any pics/screen caps around of L&W from before The Adventures Of... ? Only I haven't seen anything of them, apart from a the odd bit and piece from before the TV series. I'd love to catch up on what the did in the couple of years after I first saw them in 1994. Although, any pics or screencaps from any time would be lovely. Cheers! ;D

Hello Kelly. Wish I could help with the rego woes. iA you get in sooooooooon. Welcome to the board!!!
Cheers! While the registration stuff is still a bit of a problem I may be about to solve my lack of L&W collection. I'm due a good deal of money from the British govenment this week (no joke. They owe me over £500...about $1000 in Aussie money) so an Aussie mate of mine is helping me out getting stuff as I'll be able to afford it. Yay! ;D

La victoria en San Mamés por 1-2 ha traído ánimos renovados a unos jugadores que sufrieron el palo de perder ante el Levante la pasada jornada de Liga.
