So, who has a copy of Housemeeting? How did you get it, and how much did it cost you?

I had 3, all from the Lifeline bookfest, for $7 each. THought it was fluke that I got one once let alone 3 times!!! Um I sold one to mel for $350 signed hehe col was a tad shocked at the price and was like why didnt we charge that much. But not as shocked as when mel showed him the tat!! lol

Yup! And the first copy I found at the very lowest point in my life so that really helped me through that tough time!.

That's good  I always put on comedy when i'm feeling down. And it was great last time I felt reallly bad was the night the best of the montreal festivals was on and that helped me sleep. I went straight to bed after it without thinking about anything going "i'm not listening i'm not listening" lol I was vvvvveeeerrrrryyyy tempted to 'lose' the library's copy of housemeeting lol lol but it would have made me feel really bad :S and mum told me not to. so i was like ok i'm going to be a good girl and let other people be able to read the goodness of lano and woodley |

Great stuff.
Yeah.. comedy is great when you are at rock bottom. I have depression, so that feeling is all too often. Thank god for L&W and The Chaser etc.

Well done! I trawled EBay for AGES and found a 'Housemeeting - The Island' deal where you got both of them for like $150.... but I already had the Island and a very empty wallet... so luckily I found one for a more reasonable 3 dollars haha.

But I did also have another one which i found at a second hand bookshop, which was in a slightly better condition, but the owner was a fan and knew it was quite rare.. so that one wasn't quite as cheap. But I gave it to my best mate for her birthday, christ i've never seen her so happy haha.

I got housemeeting off ebay today for $51! i am soooo happy! everytime i bid on it when it's on ebay goes for like $150 but today was a fluke cant wait till it arrives!! |
